1. OWNERSHIP AND LEGAL ENTITY

This website is owned and operated by 1000168434 ONTARIO INC. (doing business as "Mucho Referrals"). All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to this legal entity.

2. SMS/MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (A2P COMPLIANCE)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Mucho Referrals, you agree to the following:

- Program Description: You may receive recurring automated messages, including but not limited to: appointment reminders, referral updates, account notifications, and promotional offers/marketing.

- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

- Carrier Disclosure: T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (HIGHLEVEL & STRIPE)

We use HighLevel as our CRM and communication platform and Stripe as our payment processor. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be processed through these third-party platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the website or SMS services for any unlawful purpose or to send content that is prohibited by carrier guidelines (SHAFT-C), including content that is:

- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.

- Deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious.

- Promoting illegal substances (including Cannabis/CBD in the US).

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1000168434 ONTARIO INC. shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. For users in the USA, we adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
